Update spanish translation

Documentation needs to be translated, but for now it's very small. Please don't merge if it should be translated in this PR.

This is really great Noelia, thank you so much for keeping an eye on the Spanish translation, and filling the gaps / correcting mistakes! Incremental PRs are perfectly fine, you do not have to provide everything in one go. The documentation / readme can be done later when you have time. Regards, Daniel

Thanks so much to you, Daniel. BTW, in the readme just three translations are reflected and I saw (time ago) that the number of available languages was not reflected in MS Store. Hope this can be fixed.
