Main part of it is a refactoring.
Also during the refactoring I have found and fixed several bugs:
"rust.cargoCwd"was specifiedopenFolderhad been replaced with `vscode.openFolderThe next part is to make Cargo use rustup when the user chose some mode and some toolchain.
