This seems to hide it even if using RLS. I can't find any way to format rust code. I also have rustfmt installed, but formatting doesn't work |

Fixed #188
After this PR have been merged, the extension will not provide the ability to format the document if rustfmt is not installed.
It is related to Legacy Mode.
