Taking inspiration from L4GSP1KE/Upload-Assistant#274 adding a shebang to the file and making it executable so I can just call
./upload.pywithout having to put python3 in front of it.Looks like when I saved it in my IDE, it also cleaned up a bunch of trailing spaces in the file.
