Description

  1. Copy over Econia docs site, gutting content down to skeleton with applicable theming content.
  2. Update mdformat config for pre-commit to support docs page slugs, LaTeX.
  3. Add GitHub action to verify that docs site builds.

Testing

  1. CI passes.
  2. Local build passes via instructions from README.
  3. Vercel docs site build passes.
