Update docusaurus to 2.3.0

The indexDocs: false setting is requred after a

Error: Docusaurus plugin global data not found for "docusaurus-plugin-content-docs" plugin with id "default".

The dependency updates seem sensible to me. However, the search is now broken:

Thanks for the update. The search works again and I could not see any problems on the netlify preview 👍
