Skip peak validation in edge cases #819

In some cases, peaks are filtered out, because the peak width by inflection points is not > 0. An option shall be added to explicitly allow to add those "odd" peaks. The option shall be flagged with a warning.

The classifier shall be only set if the width by inflection point
criteria is not matched, but the check shall be skipped.
