- Jenkinsfiles deployments now use Java 21
- removed old script and fixed some stale strings in other scripts
- added a label in GitHub Actions matrix configuration to distinguish the artifacts of the two Ubuntu jobs
Otherwise, now with Java 21 used in all configurations, we would have conflicts for caches and uploaded artifacts
