Description

Organize Tutorials

  • Moved Tutorials from main mxd/README.md to separate files under mxd/docs.
  • Moved access policy tutorial from mxd to mxd/docs.
  • Removed separate Introduction and setup files. This is already part of main mxd/README.md.
  • Added tutorial section in main mxd/README.md.

Closes #219
