In accordance to the current governance, the status "standardized" is no langer maintained. This PR changes the status of the aspect model "urn:bamm:io.catenax.battery.battery_pass:3.0.0#" from "standardized" to "release".
Note: Maybe it should not be changed to "release", but to "deprecated" as BAMM is no longer maintained.
