Copyright and License Headers were updated in affected source files

To be compliant with Trg 7.02 and fixes #77

I've expected to find a copyright header timestamp like this:

* Copyright (c) 2021,2023 T-Systems International GmbH
* Copyright (c) 2021,2023 Contributors to the Eclipse Foundation

Do not remove the start date of the copyright. The timestamp is a time span startDate,currentDate.

I've noticed the first commit to these files were in 2022, so startDate shall not be earlier. I guess 2021 appeared there by mistake as part of a template
