Description
Revert dependent libraries to version 3.6.2 before yarn upgrade from 7423e11
Why
The last dependency upgrade broke the portal frontend build. We revert back to the versions before the upgrade to have a working build again since there was no quick fix. The upgrade issue will be solved in an upcoming PR.
