Description:
All Credential Approval Notifications (Emails) are being sent to the CX Admin instead of the "Requester".

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a new credential request.
  2. Approve the request.
  3. Check the email notifications received.

Expected Behavior:
The Credential Approval Notifications (Emails) should be sent to the "Requester" who initiated the credential request.

Actual Behavior:
The Credential Approval Notifications (Emails) are being sent to the CX Admin who is assigned to the request, instead of the "Requester".

Additional Information:

  • This issue is affecting all Credential Approval Notifications (Emails).
  • The "Requester" is not receiving any email notifications regarding the approval status of their credential request.
  • The CX Admin is receiving all the email notifications intended for the "Requester".
