What this PR changes/adds
Adopts the latest versions from EDC (nightly build from 2022-09-30) and IdentityHub (0.0.1-SNAPSHOT)
Why it does that
Preparation for any upcoming releases.
Further notes
once a nightly is built from IdentityHub, we could switch over to using a nightly of it as well, to improve build repeatability. Not too critical though.doneChecklist
