CSV Chromatogram Converter - Delimiter Options #909

The CSV converter options shall be more flexible. It shall be possible to select the delimiter as well as a specific marker to detect 0 intensity values.

The Delimiter enum has been moved to ChemClipse.

It's possible now to select the settings via the converter preference page:
