Intended infrastructure:

	  CoffeeScript, SASS
	RSpec 2 with Capybara
	JQuery	
  web sockets
  PostgreSQL

Development environment setup
  # Install RVM
  # clone github repo
  cd ./echowaves
  bundle
  cp config/database.yml-sample config/database.yml
  rake ew:db:reset
  rails s

Run the socky server
  socky -c socky_config.yml
