What does this PR?
Based on feedback from melinda, I believe reanimated caused more harm then good to app stability, to patch things up for now, I have reverted reanimated upgrade and created it's PR to be merged with RN upgrade PR.
For the crash that was happening on quick reply modal i have used a static backdrop instead of an animated one, later we can put that back with with RN upgrade
