U2F API expires Feb 22 - replace in tezostaquito.io with Web Authentication API

Steps to reproduce:

  1. open https://tezostaquito.io/docs/ledger_signer
  2. run live code example for Ledger Signer
  3. a pop-up appears telling the site maintainer to change the Web Authentication API.

Please change the site to use the Web Authentication API.
