r1.3

This is the first release, reflecting the latest status. r1.2 was extensively protoyped, so I made sure not to introduce any potentially breaking changes, and only used this revision for cleanup of files.

All changes from r1.2:

• Updated KiCad default footprints to KC8 library
• Updated custom footprints to PCM marbastlib
• Picked a basic inductor with lots of stock (better availability + lower price)
• Improved production files in general
• Brought ref label styles in line with my other recent projects
• Minor routing changes to respect keepout zones of Alps SKQC pushbuttons
