Extension does not work when Workspace has multiple folders #8

The title tells it all, and to me it happens always. If I add another folder to my current workspace, the eye icon disappears, and none of the commands works. This is quite annoying, for if I want to work with multiple folders I have to open different windows so that the extensions works correctly.

I have the same issue with just a single folder in a Workspace file.
