Description

This pull request replaces the old broken code (see #1952) with a simpler, working one for bar_color_total, just like bar_color_elapsed. Let me know if the old code was done that way for a specific purpose.

Thank you for your contribution!

This PR is merged into hyfetch since this repo (dylanaraps/neofetch) seems no longer maintained.

HyFetch is a fork of neofetch with LGBTQ pride flags, but the repo also serves as an updated version of neofetch, addressing many pull requests that are not merged in the original repo.

Hi @hykilpikonna! It's nice to see a maintained fork, but putting the LGBTQ flags front and center isn't very user-friendly or exactly what most people need. You can keep it as an option, sure, but most people just want the regular good-old neofetch behavior with their distro colors.

(Note that I'm not a supporter of the LGBT cause in any way. No offense, I do respect these people like anyone else, but I don't buy into this agenda for religious reasons)

Even though the maintained fork is in the HyFetch repository, they are two separate programs, with two separate commands.

hyfetch is the fork with LGBTQ pride flags, which you can install and use via pip install hyfetch

neowofetch is the fork of the updated neofetch without pride flags, which is also in the HyFetch repo. You can run it without installing HyFetch. The "Running Updated Original Neofetch" section in my readme have instructions on how to run it.

Ahh, thanks for pointing that out! I'll check it out for sure! My bad, didn't notice that, just jumped to installation instructions directly 🤦🏻
