Upload complete projects for the tutorials

As discussed in #44 It would be good to have the full code base available for download so that users can see the final result and if we missed a step out in the tutorial they can pick it up if they have the full file.

I'd like to use your code and approach so get into using healthkit myself.
would you share your project and Ressource#/source code with me?

in the last line of your tutorial in https://github.com/dwyl/learn-apple-watch-development/blob/master/healthkit-sdk/total-steps-taken.md your have linked your code, but it seems that it is not part of your project yet.
