Hey there!
I've updated the german translation file, because some words and phrases still have been in english language und there were also a few mistakes.
Also corrected the "Wiedergabegeräte" (Because it was too long and there was overlapping, especially on a smartphone) and changed it to "Mediengeräte" (still quite a long word, but short enough :) ).
Tested it with my own installation and it looked way better.
