Closing due to AWS now providing much of the functionality of Parliament so this project is somewhat on life-support. |

Fixes #169 - adds the ability to
brew install parliamentvia homebrew tap.This requires no overhead on the maintainer's part. Once a new version is released, the automation takes care of it.
