- Updated appveyor.yml to use the one in template. - Added folders for future unit and integration tests. - Added Visual Studio Code formmatting settings.
- Fixed encoding on README.md. - Added `PowerShellVersion = '4.0'`, and updated copyright information, in the module manifest.
