This is a thorough test of more and less familiar ESP32 SD Card access methods. My journey began when I discovered the same problem described in this issue.

- use f_expand to create the file (contiguous file, no fragmentation!)
- syncronized yes/no (flush / fsync)

- SD card is not unmounting properly, need to remove and reinsert the card when completing the SPI tests
- ESP32 WROVER 240Mhz + 80Mhz PSRAM
- Disabled WDT
- FATFS LFN in External RAM, Fast Seek Buffer 64.
