Intended uses, future lisences

This library was intended to be used in ways that do not violate human rights, which are interpreted in line with the United Nations Global Compact Human Rights Principles and the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The software currently carries an open source license which will eventually be modified to prohibit any uses which are contrary to these principles. As software licenses that address ethics e.g. the Hippocratic license (https://firstdonoharm.dev/) are fairly novel and unfamiliar to many, we have chosen to use a more broadly adopted license at present. Uses discouraged, which we are working to forbid with a future license, would involve military surveillance efforts against civilians.
