Edit coe fix antipholus

A number of changes, but there are a few major ones, that effect a number of lines of the html.

1. Fix the bad formatting of Antipholus, so now the character appears correctly for his lines.
2. Fix missing "of Ephesus" or "of Syracuse" in places.
3. Fix missing and miss matched blockquotes.
4. Renumber all the lines in the html formatting, because removing the Antipholus lines needed this.
5. Create missing ending tables with links to other scenes and home.
6. Fix indexes to relative indexes and put in the index.html in the link.
