While this fixes all the failures I can reproduce locally, CI is still at 54 failures for crossgen2 outerloop instead of the previous 90. I think this is still a good incremental step and I can address the remaining CI failures one at a time in a follow-up PR. |

@kg can you please remove the unhandled exception test from the suppressions, since I've just created a PR for a fix? |
