Issue Description

There is no mention of -check when you do dotnet build -help.

Please add message here:

new ParameterizedSwitchInfo( new string[] { "check", }, ParameterizedSwitch.Check, null, false, null, true, false, null),

Steps to Reproduce

dotnet build -help

Expected Behavior

Info about -check switch is displayed.
