Description

The requirements for this tutorial list Docker Community Edition as a requirement, which is true if you want to run the generated image locally. However, many readers land on this tutorial and assume that you need Docker for all SDK containerization use cases. We should find a way to disambiguate this requirement, either by adding clarifying language that the requirement is specifically only if you need to run locally, or by splitting out this scenario-based doc from the fundamental docs about SDK Container publishing.

I've seen this confusion in many different forums, here's a recent example: https://www.reddit.com/r/dotnet/comments/1hrzouo/how_do_you_write_a_dockerfile_for_an_aspnet_core/
