UI Bug - Alt+Tab cause loop over all component

Reproduction:

1. Open game, Open CS panel.
2. Press Alt+Tab switch another window.
3. Switch back to Skyrim.

Result:

The UI becomes unresponsive and crazy. The issue persists until the game is restarted.

A bit of extra context - I have both Reshade and CS installed and have this happening in both right now after some Alt+Tabbing. I am sometimes able to clear it up without having to restart the game by doing some more Alt+Tabbing, but not consistently.

Okay, I can get the behavior to stop sometimes by just...clicking in some of the fields with my mouse.

The behavior looks as if you're just holding the Tab key down. I'm wondering if something about how it handles Alt+Tab has CS capturing the Tab as an input and then it just replays that endlessly until it's interrupted by the click.
