Adding outline 'whashere' project to Espresso tools.
Minor: Corrected copyright dates.
Visual Studio now stores project filter/folder info in a separate file.
Filter files need to be under version control to capture project filter/folder details.
Trivial: Visual formatting.
Disabled warnings with newer compiler; Added or updated copyright header and dates info.
Revised/Recreated project files such that build output and intermediate files locations are consistent across all projects.
Changed logic flow such that program doesn't execute when invalid input is passed in.
Memcheck only does work now if --exec is passed at the CLI. Corrected behaviour if a default arg is passed.
