A3M Resend e-mail

Look at the live demo of latest ci3-beta version(it got some error) :-

It need to fix asap.

Well the first is self explanatory. We'll have to fix how the e-mail is submitted to the url.

In the second one it looks like it has not found the username. So the following will have to happen here:

• Fix how e-mail input in resend validation is formatted into the link.
• Check if the user was found and if not display an error message.

@krishnaguragain can you give us more information on how to replicate the error. I was unsuccessful so far.
