  2. Use amazoncorretto as base image and install Nextflow ourselves 

    The Nextflow image installs Nextflow for the root user inside of
/.nextflow, it also does some stuff we don't need.
Simplify the container by doing it ourselves, this saves ~200MB of space
(~20%)
