It's not working an I have no idea why. FKs are weird sometimes.
- Removing HHVM because it's just not going to work (still supported though!) - Installing local Composer package for PHPUnit, which will hopefully fix the 7.0 build.
I hate Travis right now.

Also showing MySQL server version in Administration overview
This should prevent XSS issues when a malicious attachment is uploaded with a forged content-type header
