See upstream moby/buildkit#4392 for the buildkit side of this.

I see no reason that buildx (the client side component) would not work today on loongarch - if you encounter issues compiling for it, then happy to take any required patches for it.

I can not directly build the image of loongarch architecture under the x86 architecture, hope to support this architecture
