Even though it seems to be a safe change, I decided to apply it only to the RelVal agent today. |

The RelVal agent successfully ran a bunch of jobs over the weekend. So I went ahead and applied this patch on the remaining production agents (submit3, submit4, vocms0255, vocms0256). |
