Considering that we do not fix this issue #9633 for real. We should port this 1.4.7 workaround to the next WMAgent stable release (maybe 1.5.0): #10486

How to reproduce it
none

Expected behavior
Port this JobAccountant workaround:
#10486

to the next WMAgent release.

Oh, I missed this issue and the latest release does not have the workaround (neither a real fix) in place. I'm waiting for the first JobAccountant issue to happen, and then will port & patch agents.
