In case of distress, this app can be used to locate a person using the gps location provided from the cell phone. Use the gps information from the cell phone and use whatsapp api's to send these information to predecided contacts in whatsapp periodically. The receiver app will map the gps location of both sender and receiver onto google maps for tracking.
