Also fix tests broken by slight changes in Markdown html rendering.
Our recently-updated dependencies requires at least Ruby 2.2, so we drop support for 2.0 and 2.1, and we ensure support or 2.3 and 2.4 by adding them to our Travis builds.
Roll back a recent edit to this call to restore its Ruby 2.2 friendliness.

Give our deps a little bump to keep things current, and to resolve the security issue in sanitize reported by Github's handy dependency checker.
