Move classes in package 'de.tudarmstadt.ukp.wikipedia.api.tutorial' to 'tutorial' module #167

The code under the package de.tudarmstadt.ukp.wikipedia.api.tutorial is counted into coverage analysis without being truly testable. The purpose of it is to demonstrate the use of JWPL.

Therefore, the classes T1a/b/c_... to T6_... and related artefacts should be extracted from the api module and be moved to the (existing) tutorial Maven module, introduced with #163.
