Observed scan rate is now 1820Hz Removed CH_CFG_OPTIMIZE_SPEED=FALSE as it actually increases the code size by 20 bytes

Presumably this should actually go in the "k3x0" shared code instead. Having looked at that branch, the k320 is going to gain an extra row that is scanned but never used? |

This can probably be adapted to work for any keyboard so I'll try that instead. |
