From : https://github.com/rossmcdonald/telegraf Add `telegraf_agent_aws_tags` boolean to enable AWS tag in telegraf agent tags section. Also add `telegraf_agent_aws_tags_prefix` to allow usage of a prefix on AWS tags name.
