Completes features 2,3,4 in #2 .

  • Switch between Local LLM & OpenAI GPT3.5 Turbo.
  • Switch between Local Vector DB and Remote Vector DB on Supabase PGVector.
  • Updated context prompt and chat memory token length.
  • Updated UI.
  • Fixed Bugs.
