Added PSSCOC docs downloader script. Redirect / to /docs for swagger docs. Updated poetry dependencies. Updated torch-cuda dependency as optional, defaulting to torch-cpu.
Added a base component to autofill the prompt message selected by the user.

#15 Removed unused dependencies and checked that poetry install could be run without errors on a new clean Conda environment as well.
