VogonWeb version 0.2

Version 0.2 includes a major overhaul of the text annotation interface. We also swapped out the vanicalla-D3 network visualizations for cytoscape.js.

• [VGNWB-110] - When a user is logged in, they can't view the home page

Story

• [VGNWB-78] - Powerusers should be able to define complex relation templates that users can fill in the annotation interface
• [VGNWB-79] - When a user arrives at the root page of the application, they should see a screen with current information about the application.
• [VGNWB-90] - In the text annotation view, add help text under the text panel about deselecting with escape key

Story

• [VGNWB-80] - Users should be able to view a list of registered users
• [VGNWB-81] - There should be a public profile page for each registered user
• [VGNWB-84] - The "about" page should have information about the application, and links to project sites (github, jira, etc)
• [VGNWB-85] - When a user is not logged in and views the "text" page, they should see summary information about the annotations on that text
• [VGNWB-86] - If a user is staff, they should see a link to the admin site in the context menu in the header
• [VGNWB-87] - In the admin site, the annotation change list should show more information about each annotation
