Version 0.2 includes a major overhaul of the text annotation interface. We also swapped out the vanicalla-D3 network visualizations for cytoscape.js.

Bug

  • [VGNWB-110] - When a user is logged in, they can't view the home page
  • [VGNWB-117] - Submitting user settings form results in a KeyError
  • [VGNWB-144] - On network view, texts are not shown when a node is clicked

Story

  • [VGNWB-78] - Powerusers should be able to define complex relation templates that users can fill in the annotation interface
  • [VGNWB-79] - When a user arrives at the root page of the application, they should see a screen with current information about the application.
  • [VGNWB-90] - In the text annotation view, add help text under the text panel about deselecting with escape key
  • [VGNWB-91] - In the admin site, should be able to filter the Concept changelist by Type
  • [VGNWB-92] - Add a column for publication date in text list view
