chore: update @comapeo/core dep range to be more flexible #24

Closes #22

Updates the peer dep range of @comapeo/core to be anything within the v2 range, which allows us to not have to constantly update this module when new non-breaking releases of core are available.

For the sake of testing though, we pin to an exact compatible version of core (ideally this is always pointing to the latest compatible version).

fwiw, i don't know if this is how we actually want to approach the problem posed in the relevant issue. just putting up this PR in case it seems suitable
