Copy IRedirect fluent interface configurations methods over to the IDiverterRedirectBuilder interface.
An important difference between
IDiverterandDiverterBuilderconfigurations is that the latter are 'persistent' meaning they do not get removed on reset.This offers a convenient way to add permanent configurations that do not get reset between tests.
